MVPGo is committed to delivering your orders in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day
- Processing times may increase during high-demand periods
3. Shipping Time (India)
- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days
- Remote locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.
4. International Shipping (Optional)
- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days
- Customs duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer

5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on select or all orders
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available on eligible orders
- Orders may be verified via call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled if verification is not completed
7. Order Tracking
- A tracking link will be shared via email or SMS once the order is shipped
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect
8. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to:
- High order volumes
- Courier partner issues
- Weather or unforeseen events
- Incorrect or incomplete address details
9. Partial Shipments
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments depending on product availability.
10. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
MVPGo is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
11. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Courier partners may attempt delivery 2–3 times
- If delivery fails, the order may be returned
- Re-shipping may require additional charges
12. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
13. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or incomplete order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos or videos for verification
We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
14. Refused Orders (COD)
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused at the time of delivery:
- Future orders may be restricted
- Additional verification may be required for subsequent purchases
